Development Management

We would investigate important issues such as environmental concerns, zoning, access, utility availability, marketability and value of finished lots to determine if the project is feasible. We would arrange for all engineering designs, ensure that applications with all supporting materials are properly submitted and follow up each submission to expedite processing. The result for you, the property owner, is a land development project completed in the minimum time and with minimum hassle to you. Upon completion we can also locate a buyer through our extensive builder contacts.

Listing and Marketing

Because our Land Team is part of Home Team Northwest, a full service real estate office, we have the resources to list your property for sale to the general public. Our membership in the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and the Commercial Brokers Association, combined with internet and other marketing practices, will help to ensure a sale at the best price and as quickly as possible.
